Lions, and tigers, and bears..oh my! 4:04 p.m. 2005-02-25 I was left in shock and horror by some of the profiles I found on AOL the other night. Some people should really re-consider putting some of those photos of themselves online. I don't want to sound mean or anything, but..gee people.. Don't be putting those really unflattering pictures of yourselves! Please refrain from adding those 20 something photos of your chest area, (men and women-is that underarm fat or is that a 4th boob?) or those pictures that you downloaded from you albums from the 1970's--yes YOU CAN tell they were INDEED taken in the 1970's. The hair (that you probably don't have now), and the checkered polyester pants gives it all away. The pictures I find most entertaining are the ones that are cut--you know, the wedding pictures where the bride isn't there anymore? The groom only has one arm, and he is leaning into a mass complete darkness shots? Sometimes you can see a white veil, or some flowers peeking through. I don't know whether to feel sorry for the "lost bride" or feel complete happiness for the gal. Any guy who puts those pictures up like that should be shot. And, then there are the photos of men wearing women's clothing. No, you don't look like Barbara Mandrell--you look more like Betty White-(if she was a man). What I find even more disturbing is sometimes I FIND these profile pictures pretty entertaining--they can be sometimes, funnier than hell, and other times, they just gross me out. There just isn't a thing on T.V. sometimes, and the reality shows are really getting to get old. Example, does Donald Trump EVER smile? That scowl he wears reminds me of a cross between the Cowardly Lion from the Wizard of Oz and one of an unhappy nun. Smile a little..geeez! How did you land that beautiful bride? Oh, yeah, you are rich..nevermind. |
