2 cents worth... 4:19 p.m. 2005-03-02 My son has called me on the phone 4 times requesting the purchase of the movie SpongeBob, and I am actually looking forward to seeing this movie. I like SpongeBob and his silly friend, Patrick. I don't understand all the fuss about the cartoon. It seems the people that are more concerned about it are the people with the dirty minds. I don't think Nickolodeon is out to corrupt our youth, I really don't. And it goes both ways as well. The same people who want to take the word "God" out of everything American have some serious issues; but, that is only my opinion. Take it for what's its worth. Just realize this--look at the constitution of the United States, and it's principles and the laws of this nation, and if you don't see a resemblance to the 10 commandments, then you are just kidding yourself. Sorry, but it's true. But, again--that is only my opinion--little ole' me. Ho hum, ho hummmm.... Don't pay attention to me or the man behind the curtain, okay? What do I do when I'm most bored? I go to Google and sign guestbooks that people have up from the Azores. It sounds stupid, but I do. I got a response today from the Vila Nova soccer team..wow! They were impressed that people in America think of them. Gee, little do they know I'm not even a real soccer fan. Oh well. At least I brightened someone's day thinking that I am.
