Snapple Fact #89 12:30 p.m. 2005-09-06 Snapple Fact #89 The average American walks 18,000 steps a day. Now, who has time to actually count their steps, and how do they come to that number for the "average American"? Is there someone actually working for Snapple who takes part in these surveys? And if so, are they hiring? Coelha@aol.com I'm not in a mood to writing lately. I just read the story about Snowball, the dog, who got separated from his family during the evacuation of Hurricane Katrina. Poor little boy. I hope there is a happy ending to this. We need MORE happy endings to alot of these horrific stories I've been hearing down there. The grief and anguish that these people are going through is unimaginable. I did learn something about Larry King this last weekend; I was shocked by what he was asking to some of the victims... "Is there a dead person near you?" Excuse me? EEEekkk.. He reminds me of someone from the Simpsons...can you guess who I'm thinking of? Say a prayer for the victims of Hurricane Katrina!
