I just put in my vacation request, and it actually feels good! Despite the rain, I'm keeping positive: It's going to be a great summer, with beautiful weather!! I don't know exactly where we will be venturing off to, but wherever it is, we are going to have FUN FUN FUN!! :)

How I cannot wait until I can take my walks on a sunshiney day near the ocean, and watch my little one's chubby little toes run in the foamy tide! It shall be fun..

I've got a silly love song humming in my head for the last two weeks... That James Blunt sure sings a catchy tune. I've been torturing my family as I sing this song over and over again. I even have my kids singing it.. I must say, Andrew does a good job; Nicholas knows some of the lyrics, and Elizabeth, of course, sings it like it's a Broadway musical. I'm guessing Matt thinks I'm odder than usual lately, but oh well.. I'm sure by the time summer comes I'll be so sick of this song, but..I'm actually thinking of buying this guy's CD. WOW.. I hardly do that. I hardly buy music, unless I REALLY REALLY REALLY like it.

Of course, I could have met the guy, at the Filmore when I saw him LIVE in person with Jason Mraz---and I could have gotten to shake his hand and actually gotten a picture and an autograph, but, I'm sorry---he just didn't seem that appealing that evening. I was content enough to take my picture by the picture of Janis Joplin which was hanging in front of the women's bathroom. I don't know what happened to him that night, but he looked HORRIBLE! He sounded good, but he looked like a wet little mouse up there on stage... Oh well..
